The First-Ever WSL Longboard Classic New York Comes to Long Beach

Join us as a VIP guest at the first-ever Longboard Classic New York Supported by I Love NY! Watch the world’s best longboarders perform in classic Long Beach conditions as they compete at stop number three of the World Longboard Championship Tour – all from the comfortable, shaded World Surf League VIP area on the beach, which has ample seating and TV screens as well as the best possible views of the lineup. VIP guests will also have the opportunity to take a surf lesson just down the beach from the competition when low tide comes – for water-angle views of the competitors, and the chance to catch some waves of your own! VIP guests may bring up to two children 10 years of age or under at no additional cost (note surf lessons, VIP gifts, and other benefits are not included for children).

1. VIP Area & Lesson Pass, Combo  – Friday Sept 6th & Saturday Sept 7th Pass: $299 

• Access to the World Surf League VIP area with seating, shade, best views and screens Friday 9/6 from noon to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM – 5 PM

3. Kickoff Party Pass – Friday Sept 6th, 6 – 9 PM @ The Allegria: $199

• This add-on pass allows you access into the most exclusive surf party to hit this shore. Join us as we toast the inaugural Longboard Classic New York Supported by I Love NY! Cheers with the athletes and enjoy complimentary food and drinks at the gorgeous Allegria Hotel.
• Ages: 21 & Up
• Non-Refundable

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

• The WSL Longboard Classic New York competition can run any time 8 AM – 5 PM each day depending on swell conditions, and may not run at all some days. We will send updates on swell conditions as often as possible in advance of the day of your pass to help with planning. If competition called ON! for the day you have purchased a pass, you will receive a confirmation email that morning with instructions for coming to site.
  • If we are NOT called on the day you have purchased a pass, your purchase will be refunded and you will receive a cancellation email that morning.
  • If you purchase the combined Friday and Saturday pass and we only run on one of those days, $99 of your purchase will be refunded; if we don’t run on either of those days; your full purchase will be refunded
• Parking/Getting There:
  • The Long Island Railroad (LIRR) train station, Long Beach, is just 2 blocks from the Allegria Hotel if you are coming from New York City or other stops along the LIRR line. Click here for LIRR schedules and fares.
  • Free public parking is available near the event site along East Broadway.
